Description

Lighthouse is looking for a highly motivated, independent and results-oriented VP of Sales to manage a growing sales team in the United States. This position will be responsible for managing the sales team, hiring new employees and meeting sales quota for the #1 service worker platform in the United States.

Lighthouse is a fast growing, venture backed SaaS startup that empowers service workers with mobile work and communication tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a growing team (initially 4) across 2 regions and achieve growth and sales targets
  • Hire account executive and business development representatives
  • Onboard new sales hires and developing a training program for sales staff
  • Manage team and individual performance
  • Manage and optimize CRM (Hubspot)
  • Analyze sales data for decision making
  • Close strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to iterate and execute sales strategy
  • Design and implement a strategic business plans that expands Lighthouse's customer base

Skills and Experience

  • Successfully managed team to close 3-5M SaaS bookings per year
  • You understand sales processes, channels, and tactics at $10k, $75k, $250k ACVs
  • You have in-depth experience taking a product line from $1M in annual sales to $10M
  • You are a hunter, not a farmer; you are more than capable of closing 80% new business
  • You have 4 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • You might have knowledge and startup experience
  • You possess the ability to manage a team of 5+ reps (including training, onboarding, hiring) while also closing strategic accounts yourself
  • You have experience reporting directly to the executive team on Sales KPIs
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability to be proactive in managing relationships with clients

  • You possess strong internal and client-facing communication skills

Demand Generation Manager - Marketing

Description

Lighthouse is looking for a detail oriented, performance driven Demand Generation Manager. This role will draw from your experience to help shape and execute an integrated marketing strategy with a focus on generating awareness and demand within our target verticals. You will also be responsible for managing and executing a highly targeted outbound sales program for the Australian market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with the CMO to develop an integrated marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and drives demand within key target markets
  • Act as a custodian of the Lighthouse brand and ensure consistent representation in market and across all channels
  • Develop, execute, and manage performance driven campaigns that drive qualified leads for the sales team
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns, including outbound calls, and drive through to sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Develop, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns in partnership with Google
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy inclusive of content creation, emails, video, landing pages and blog posts
  • Own the marketing automation platform and processes to nurture leads and convert to qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Plan and execute an event marketing program
  • Support the sales team with the creation of required sales and marketing materials
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new tactics to reach and convert target audience
  • Track and measure success of programs, use data to continuously improve and maximise results

We are looking for a talented JavaScript engineer to become a core contributor to this platform, and help build out new capability whilst improving stability, scalability and performance. You will collaborate closely with the product owner and lead engineer, whilst having the freedom to directly impact the direction of development.
