Customer Success ManagerMelbourne, Victoria Australia

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Melbourne. We offer a dynamic environment and the opportunity to join a fast growing SaaS startup that is using innovative technology to transform the delivery of facilities management, security and health services.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, nurturing and growing Lighthouse.io’s top Australian accounts. You will be able to project manage enterprise implementations, run product training for executives, managers, and end users, build and execute customer success plans and act as a key liaison between our product team and key customers. Your ultimate goal is to develop customer relationships that promote retention, growth and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Developing a trusted adviser relationship with our customers to ensure overall satisfaction with the product
  • Act as a key liaison between the product team and customers to ensure the product meets ongoing customer needs
  • Develop success plans for customers that outline goals, success metrics, growth blockers and recommendations
  • Plan, launch and manage pilot programs with clear success criteria and growth plans
  • Prioritising and resolving customer issues through support platforms
  • Project manage the implementation and customer onboarding process
  • Run training sessions for multiple stakeholder groups with different objectives
  • Monitor, facilitate and drive adoption of the product by mapping product features to business needs
  • Maintain deep product expertise across the Lighthouse product line
  • Educate clients about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales
  • Support the seamless transition from the sales phase to customer onboarding phase
  • Support the sales team as needed throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team to determine essential strategic approaches for account attainment in defined markets
  • Run quarterly business reviews for priority accounts to demonstrate product ROI, assess client health and identify future needs
  • Manage customer billing and renewals
Skills / Experience
  • Experience in customer success or account management role
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, particularly at the Executive level
  • Highly consultative and strategic with strong business acumen
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings and run training sessions
  • Strong passion for delivering customer service
  • Inspired by technology and how it helps businesses solve problems
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer metrics
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce and execute high quality presentations
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Software project management experience highly desirable

Senior Javascript EngineerMelbourne, Victoria Australia

Lighthouse.io helps businesses everywhere improve the way they operate through the power of location technology. We leverage the latest in location services and IOT devices to power our enterprise software platform, which makes it simple for businesses to find, interact with, and optimize their people and assets in the physical world.

Lighthouse.io utilizes a full-stack JavaScript platform (sever-side: Node.js w/ Mongo + Redis; Client-side: React + React Native) on a scalable AWS infrastructure. We are looking for a talented JavaScript engineer to become a core contributor to this platform, and help build out new capability whilst improving stability, scalability and performance. You will collaborate closely with the product owner and lead engineer, whilst having the freedom to directly impact the direction of development.

Skills and Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript with full-stack experience
  • Strong front-end development experience
  • A sound understanding of React
  • A sound understanding of Node.js
  • An understanding of Redux (or other state management framework) is desirable
  • An understanding of React Native is desirable
  • Experience with version control (Git / Github)
  • Ability to produce semantic, well thought out markup
  • Ability to write high-performance, reusable and testable code
  • Understanding of design patterns & workflows such as functional programming, immutable data and test-driven-development
  • Understanding the importance of user experience and design
  • Can work independently as well as in a team and help lead the delivery of features
